Order process
To place an order, you must add items to your shopping bag, select your shipping option and payment method, and enter your billing and shipping addresses to complete your order.
The effectiveness of all orders depends on the acceptance and availability of the order. The items you have placed in the shopping basket will not be reserved and can still be purchased by other customers.
The products sold by Ding Dong Mart are in stock and able to be shipped from our distribution center. However, in some cases we may have to wait for shipment from our brand supplier. Therefore, in transactions where you are able to pre-order, there may sometimes be a requirement to pre-pay for specific items.
If you have registered an email address for a specific product to receive product arrival notifications from us, we will attempt to notify you by email when the product is available again. Please note that best-selling products sometimes sell out during this period.
Pricing policy
Prices displayed on the website are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD $).
Product prices may vary based on discounts, promotions and other commercial elements. The price shown in your order will be the price prevailing at the time the order is accepted.
If you are a customer with a credit/debit card not denominated in [HKD], the final price will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate and applicable taxes on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Regardless of your shopping destination and currency, your purchase may be processed by one of our regional affiliates, in which case your bank may charge you an international transaction fee. We are not responsible for any such fees or charges.
Accept order
Once you have selected your items and placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but merely a confirmation that we have received it.
On your order confirmation page, we will provide you with a summary of your order, including a list of the products you have purchased, their prices (including all charges), and shipping charges.
Once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change the order information yourself. Please check your order details and correct any possible errors before making payment. Please note that we will not start processing the order until you have paid. If you have not paid within 2 days after placing the order, we will cancel your order without further notice.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Ding Dong Mart will only occur upon sending you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.

Shipping policy
Hong Kong customers:
To provide you with the lowest cost, we offer sending your goods to one of our pick up locations. The shipping fee for each order is FREE when your order exceeds HK$100 (Shipping fee is HKD 25). Please see the checkout page for exact shipping charges for this order.
We provide standard delivery services to addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands.
Delivery service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Bay and Po Toi Islands. We cannot provide delivery service to Macau.
Generally, products will be ready and delivered to your designated shipping address within 7 working days. If there are unavoidable reasons that cause us to delay delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will try our best to minimize the impact of the delay, so we will not be responsible for the delay in delivery. If there is a risk of serious delays and the goods have not yet been shipped, you can contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns:
We only accept defective / incorrect items to return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Ding Dong Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Return and exchange policy
We have a 8 days Defective items/incorrect items return and refund policy. You can return or exchange the product within 8 days of receipt.
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team and explain your choice of return or exchange and receive a refund/exchange number and product cancellation form. Please provide the following information to our customer service team:

Defective items/incorrect items
All products undergo comprehensive quality control and are carefully inspected before shipment. However, mistakes do happen. Depending on the situation, we may need more details (such as pictures) so we can decide on the best solution. If you find that you are allergic to a product, you may not be suitable for use of the product and customers should stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. We do not accept items damaged due to human error.
Please return the product to us within 7 working days to our pick-up locations.
If the product is incorrect/defective, the customer may request that the product be exchanged for another product. Please contact our customer service team for replacement product procedures.
